You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms and that doing so does not violate any other agreement.

Failure by either party to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary while keeping the remainder of the Terms in full force.

Rent Wreckers Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated as required. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
