  • be submitted to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kent County

  • proceed without a jury, as jury trial rights are waived

MISCELLANEOUS

You represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms and that doing so does not violate any other obligations or contracts.

Failure to enforce any rights does not constitute a waiver of future rights.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be limited or removed as necessary, with the remainder of the Terms remaining in effect.

Any new features, updates, or changes to the Program are subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any updates will be communicated to you. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
